"Because you are a nutritionist you must eat healthy ALL THE TIME"

This I can tell you truthfully is not the case.

We sometimes feel the pressure of having to seem perfect all the time with our diets. I am by no means perfect all the time and if anyone tells you they are, they are most likely lying. 

Yes we know what we should eat and why we should eat it but unfortunately life sometimes gets in the way.

We all have our bad days and reach for the chocolate (and i
t isn't always gluten free)  and sometimes just couldn't be bothered and go get that take out.

90% of the time I eat well. I exercise, I get my 7 fruit and vegetables a day and try to stay positive.

People can be judgmental if they see you drinking wine or diving into that scone.
"tut tut tut....."

WE ARE HUMAN.

I have my own little devil that gets the last laugh when I "fall off the wagon" and eat badly.
I then can suffer breakouts, lack of energy and even a migraine and I swear never again.
Eating healthy forever........and ever and ever....... until the next time.......
It happens.

But I do know that I feel better not only physically and mentally when I am giving my body what it needs.

Its not about always getting it right and being perfect. Its about balance and moderation.

So next time you see me eating some chocolate cake, say nothing.... I'm obviously having a bad day.
