BANANA & PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

This smoothie sells itself.

It is great if you have sugar cravings and is full of Essential Fatty Acids and Potassium.

More importantly its YUMMY.

1 ripe banana 
300ml Soya milk
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
70% dark chocolate- optional
